BETSY suspects that the man is abusing pubic resources. On seeing this, HENRY leads BETSY into telling him her story about the scar on her wrist. He further tells her that she should know better now about the duty of a doctor. MAN yells and demands to leave, yet he changes his mind as soon as he sees BETSY. CHRIS tries to avoid GRACE but only makes the matter worse. What is more, he has upset ANSON for covering things up. MAN goes to see BETSY. As a matter of fact, they know each other already. MAN sneaks out of the hospital. Exhausted, ANGUS collapses. DEREK hits PAUL, insisting that he is the one to be responsible for ANGUS’ blacking out. PAUL tells HENRY why DEREK is hostile to him.
