Biyografi
13 Temmuz 1953'te yılında Erzurumlu bir anne ve Sakaryalı bir babanın çocuğu olarak Eyüp, İstanbul'da doğdu. 1975 ve 1976 yılları arasında Ankara Devlet Konservatuarı Tiyatro Yüksek Bölümü'nden mezun oldu. 1977'de Ankara Devlet Tiyatrosu'nda çalışmaya başlayan Yöntem, 1994'te İrfan Yalçın'ın Aşağıdakiler adlı oyununu, 1995'te Savaş Dinçel'in Gürültülü Patırtılı Bir Hikâye adlı oyununu yönetti. Bu oyunla "Övgüye Değer Yönetmen" ödülünü aldı. 1997-1998 tiyatro sezonunda Haldun Taner'in Ay Işığında Şamata adlı oyununu yönetti. 1986-1987 tiyatro sezonunda Dört Mevsim adlı oyunla "Övgüye Değer Erkek Oyuncu" ödülünü, 1988-1989 tiyatro sezonunda Peynirli Yumurta adlı oyunla "En İyi Erkek Oyuncu" ödülünü, 1990 -1991 tiyatro sezonunda ise Deli Dumrul'daki rolü ile "Ulvi Uraz En İyi Erkek Oyuncu" ödülünü aldı. Sahne oyunlarının yanı sıra TRT İstanbul Radyosu'nun hazırladığı radyo oyunlarında da rol aldı. Televizyon ve sinema için film çalışmaları yaptı, C Blok adlı filmle "En İyi Yardımcı Erkek Oyuncu" ödülünü alan Yöntem, Deli Yürek adlı dizi ve sinema filmindeki Bozo tiplemesinden sonra, 2003 yılındaki Kurtlar Vadisi adlı dizide de Aslan Akbey karakterini canlandırdı. 2008 yılında Kanal D'de yayınlanmaya başlanan Aşk-ı Memnu dizisinde başrollerdeki karakterlerden biri olan Adnan Ziyagil'i canlandırdı. 400'ü aşkın bölüm sunduğu Büyük Risk adlı bilgi yarışması Star Tv'de başlamış, Show TV'de devam etmiştir. 2013 atv'de yayınlanan Bugünün Saraylısı dizisinde Ata Katipoğlu'nu oynadı.
