Ядерная база Йеллоусэндс в штате Аризона. Местные боятся даже близко к ней подъезжать. На заправке молодой паре посоветовали держаться от этих мест подальше, но они не послушались. В пустыне на дороге им пришлось проехать через огромное скопление змей. Одна из них попала в машину и укусила парня, но никто не видел, какая именно змея это была. Местный торговец сделал ему укол, но позже оказалось, что сыворотка была не от той змеи. В районе этой базы жили змеи-мутанты, и последствия укуса оказались ужасными до тошноты, как того и требует жанр.
