Gerade als Naoe-kun glaubt, seine Schicht als Masseur beendet zu haben, trifft er auf eine überaus eigensinnige Kundin, die mit ihren smaragdgrünen Augen und spitzen Ohren ziemlich außergewöhnlich ist. Wie er erfährt, handelt es sich hierbei um eine waschechte Elfe, die in einem Wald aufgewachsen ist … doch etwas stimmt nicht. Ihr Körper ist nicht besonders märchenkonform oder besser gesagt … massiv, was von ihrer unbändigen Vorliebe für Fast Food herrührt. Verzweifelt sucht sie nach Hilfe und findet diese in Naoe-kun. Kann er sie dabei unterstützen, einige Pfunde zu verlieren und ihren Traumkörper hinterher zu behalten …?
